According to the Los Angeles Times, Judge William F. Fahey dismissed a sexual harassment case against former Los Angeles Unified School District Superintendent Ramon Cortines because plaintiff did not file his claim against the school district within six months.
You can read the allegations for yourself in the article and in this article, but apparently there was a settlement which broke down and that appears to be the reason a proper claim against LAUSD was not filed within six months. The settlement fell apart when those wise folks at LAUSD issued a press release which identified plaintiff!
