The Judicial Council’s Advisory Committee on Civil Jury Instructions is seeking comments on proposed revisions to the following CACI civil jury instructions under FEHA:

• Retaliation under Gov’t. Code § 12940(h) – CACI 2505
• Cat’s Paw Theory – CACI 2511
• Religious Creed Discrimination – Failure to Accommodate, Gov’t Code § 12940(l) – CACI 2560
• Disparate Treatment – Gov’t. Code § 12940(a) – Verdict Form 2500
