California’s Department of Fair Employment and Housing is updating its online complaint system this weekend and so the site is not functioning. Which has been often the case before it went offline for an update! The new website will be functioning, we hope, on Monday, May 12, 2014.

As I’ve written before, there have been problems with DFEH’s online complaint system which is provided by HoudiniESQ, and it causes lots of anxiety when the system is down, especially when a statute of limitations looms.

Let’s hope HoudiniESQ and DFEH will kill the bugs and improve ease of use and stability.
